Introduction

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between Extract AI and each registered or unregistered user of the Extract AI App.

To use the Extract AI service, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old (or any greater age required to be deemed to have reached the age of majority under the applicable law of your state or jurisdiction of residence).

Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use and all other terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Extract AI and each registered or unregistered user of the Extract AI App. By accessing and using the App and/or creating a user profile account in the App, you are deemed to have read, accepted, executed, and be bound by these Terms of Use.

Changes to these Terms

Extract AI may, from time to time, change or amend these Terms of Use. Extract AI will inform you in an appropriate way prior to the effective date (e.g., by e-mail or pop-up message). Notwithstanding the terms of this paragraph, no revisions to the Terms of Use will apply to any dispute between you and Extract AI that arose prior to the effective date of such revision. By continuing to use Extract AI after such change, you accept the new Terms of Use.

The Extract AI Service

Extract AI Basics

Extract AI is an AI-based application designed to highlight, discover, and aggregate podcast episodes by organizations and experts. You may be required to create a password-protected account to use portions of the Service. You represent and warrant that all information you provide to us is truthful and accurate, and you will keep it up to date. You can update certain of your information at any time by contacting us at [email protected]

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs (including any charges incurred) on your account, and we may assume that any activity under your account was made by you.

Free Service

Certain features and functionalities are made available to you at no cost ("Free Service"). The features and functionalities of the Free Service are described in the App. We reserve the right to change or discontinue features and functionalities of the Free Service or move them to our Premium Service at our sole discretion.

Pro Service

In addition to the Free Service, we provide additional features and functionalities on a monthly or yearly subscription basis ("Pro Service"). The features and functionalities of the Pro Service are described in the App.

You may purchase a Pro Service subscription directly from Extract AI in our App or through a third party, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. When you purchase a subscription through a third party, your purchase is also subject to the terms and conditions of that third party.

When you purchase a subscription directly from Extract AI, we will ask you to provide a payment method. By signing up for the Premium Service, you authorize us or the applicable third party to automatically charge your payment method on a yearly or monthly basis, depending on the type of subscription you choose. Charges will be made for the then applicable subscription charge, plus any applicable taxes and fees.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. The extension period will be for the same duration as the former subscription period, i.e., one month or one year. You can cancel the subscription by following the cancellation flow within the App or, if you purchased your subscription through a third party, such as the Apple App Store, Apple Podcasts, or Google Play Store, by using the cancellation feature of such third party.

Restrictions of Use

When using the Service to follow chosen organizations or experts, you must not use this feature for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
